This course involves a one-day overview of the fundamental legal framework applicable to government contracting, followed by a multi-day, clause-by-clause review of the State’s general bidding instructions, standard contract clauses, and all the associated forms and guidance appearing the Procurement Compendium. The remainder of the course will be a walk-through of the Compendium.

This class covers 4 different classes all in one. A certificate of completion can be used in lieu of the Legal Aspects of Purchasing (MMO-4A) and SC Terms and Conditions (MMO-4D) courses for S.C. Level I and Level II certifications.  

In order to be registered for this series of classes you must be able to attend all four (4) classes: April 15, April 25, May 2, and May 6, 2024. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to attend all four sessions. Please be aware that your agency will be billed $300  for the series.
