This course involves a one-day overview of the fundamental legal framework applicable to government contracting, followed by a multi-day, clause-by-clause review of the State’s general bidding instructions, standard contract clauses, and all the associated forms and guidance appearing the Procurement Compendium. The remainder of the course will be a walk-through of the Compendium.
This class covers 4 difference classes all in one. A certificate of completion can be used in lieu of the Legal Aspects of Purchasing (MMO-4A) and SC Terms and Conditions (MMO-4D) courses for S.C. Level I and Level II certifications.
In order to be registered for this series of classes you must be able to attend all four (4) classes: July 10, 17, 24, and 31, 2018. By registering for this event, you are agreeing to attend all four sessions. Please be aware that your agency will be billed $240 July 2018 for the series so it is extremely important for you to let us know now if you are unable to attend any of the classes.
